The threads for these can all be found on the link above. I will be trying to post here daily what I am doing and how things are going. I weighed in this morning at 155 and will try to get my measurements done later. Here is my before photo though, please don't laugh. If you would like to join me on my journey feel free to reply with your progress as well!
Please note, I did have gastric surgery 6 months ago and have lost 73 pounds since May 2011. My goal now is to tone and tighten. So I may have different results than you if you have not had the surgery. I also eat a lower amount of calories than the normal person, so please don't say I am eating to little. I am seeing my doctor on a regular basis an am doing great in the health area. Thank you so much!
