My workout routine

I am just getting back into the workout scene so I am taking it nice and easy. I love this online site www.virtuagym.com On here you can get a personalized workout routine for free! I am aiming at hitting the gym 6 days a week. so my workouts will be rotated between the 2 sets I have. So starting tomorrow I will be doing the following:

Even days:
Elliptical-Low intensity 5 minutes
Seated leg press x20
Leg Abduction x20
Leg Adductionx20
Lat Pull Down x20
Seated Chest Press x20
Horizontal Row Machine x20
Dumbbell Biceps Curl x20
Cable Triceps Push Down x20
Crunches (keeping legs extended) x10 (30 second rest) x10
Elliptical-Medium intensity 10 min
Elliptical-Low intensity 5 min

Odd days
Elliptical-Low intensity 3 min
Elliptical-High intensity 5 min
Elliptical-Medium intensity 8 min
Elliptical-High intensity 5 min
Elliptical-Low intensity 3 min
