Ok, a little late but here they are. While at the gym yesterday, I had my measurements taken. They are a lot better than where they where before my journey started. In September 2011 here is where I was:
Waist: 44.25 inches
Hips: 51 inches
Thighs: 27.5 inches
Arms: 14 inches
Yesterday (April 6th, 2012)
Waist: 31 inches a loss of 13.25 inches
Hips: 40 a loss of 11 inches
Thighs: 19.5 inches a loss of 8 inches
Arms: 11 inches a loss of 3 inches
I also measured the following:
Neck: 12 inches
Chest: 34 inches
Calf: 15 inches
I will have these measurements redone in 1 month and see how I do. I am currently doing cardio 3 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. Today is Saturday and I will be heading to the gym in a little bit. But I wanted to get this posted before I forgot, lol. Yesterday, I had 618 calories. That is 282 less than the goal my doctor wants me at. Man, this is such a different way of thinking. Before, I had to try my hardest to stay UNDER my daily goal. Now I have to try so hard just to REACH my daily limit.
Today my goal for exercise is to do 30 minutes on the bike then pull out my P90X and start that today. If I do not die doing it, I will post again tonight on how it went, lol.
