So far so good. I did 6 straight days at the gym last week, took Sunday off, and today is day 5 in a row for this week. I am staying within my calorie goal of 900 per day. I see the trainer at the gym today and I know I will need to step up my workouts too. I am maintaining my weight which is ok, but I would prefer to be losing it. I am going to take my measurements today too and will post those when I get back home. Short post today cause I am running late, but will catch up more later.
